Size Exchange Policy
If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right one. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is covered by dreamora.
Defective or Wrong Item
If your item arrives with a defect or is different from what you ordered, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. Return shipping is covered by dreamora.
Exchange not available in the following cases:
- Items have been worn or washed.
- Original packaging or tags are missing.
- Color preference.
- Change of mind after purchase.
